怎么付款?流程是什么样的?How do I pay? What does the flow look like?
在会员区选择档位后,系统会生成一笔订单:一个精确到小数点后几位的 USDC 金额(这是你的订单指纹)和一个 Polygon 收款地址。从任意钱包或交易所把这笔精确金额转过去即可 — 我们按金额匹配,不看发送方地址。链上确认后约 1 分钟自动开通,无需人工。订单有效期 2 小时,页面上有倒计时。Pick a plan in the member area and the system creates an order: an exact USDC amount (the trailing decimals are your order fingerprint) and a Polygon payment address. Send that precise amount from any wallet or exchange — we match by amount, not by sender address. After on-chain confirmation your plan activates automatically in about a minute. Orders stay valid for 2 hours; the page shows a countdown.
支持哪些网络和币种?Which networks and tokens are supported?
仅支持 Polygon 网络上的 USDC。其他网络(如 Ethereum 主网、Arbitrum、Tron 等)上的转账我们收不到,资金可能无法找回。转账前请务必在钱包里确认网络是 Polygon。Only USDC on the Polygon network. Transfers on other networks (Ethereum mainnet, Arbitrum, Tron, etc.) never reach us and may be unrecoverable. Always double-check the network in your wallet before sending.
我转错了金额,没有自动开通怎么办?I sent the wrong amount and nothing activated — now what?
开通按精确金额自动匹配,金额不符不会自动确认 — 但你的钱没有丢。用付款页上的「已付款未开通?」提交你的交易哈希(txid),或发邮件 / Discord 工单联系我们,人工核对实付金额后开通。不要再次付款。Activation matches the exact figure, so a different amount won't auto-confirm — but your funds are not lost. Use the "Paid but not activated?" box on the payment page to submit your transaction hash (txid), or contact us by email / Discord ticket. An operator reconciles the actual on-chain amount manually. Do not pay a second time.
订单过期了,但我已经转账了My order expired, but I already sent the funds
不要重复付款。带上交易哈希联系客服(或用付款页的救援框),我们在链上能查到这笔转账,人工核对后直接开通到你的账户。Don't pay again. Contact support with your txid (or use the rescue box on the payment page) — the transfer is visible on-chain and we reconcile it manually straight onto your account.
你们会请求我的钱包授权或私钥吗?Will you ever ask for wallet access or private keys?
绝不会。登录只用邮箱,付款只是一笔普通的 USDC 转账。任何请求钱包授权、助记词或私钥的"客服"都是骗子。Never. Sign-in is by email only, and payment is a plain USDC transfer. Anyone asking for wallet approval, seed phrases or private keys is a scammer.

信号流里的一行代表什么?What does one row in the signal feed mean?
每行是一条研究判断的记录:市场标题(可点开跳转到 Polymarket 原市场核验)、方向(YES/NO)、进场区间、目标年化与当前状态。状态为 OPEN(进行中)、WIN 或 LOSS(已按市场结算结果计分)。Each row is a logged research call: the market title (click through to the original Polymarket market to verify), the side (YES/NO), an entry zone, a target APY, and its status — OPEN (live), or WIN / LOSS once the market has settled.
免费账户能看到什么?What does a free account see?
免费账户可以看到延迟 48 小时的信号记录,且不含进场区间与目标年化两个字段 — 这两列是付费会员内容。升级 Signal 或 API 档即可实时查看完整字段。Free accounts see the feed on a 48-hour delay, without the entry-zone and target-APY columns — those two fields are member-only. Upgrade to Signal or API for the full rows in real time.
战绩数字是怎么算的?How are the record numbers computed?
信号区顶部的战绩条(已结算数 / 胜率 / 近 30 天)直接从你可见的已结算信号行自动计算,不是另外维护的一套数字。公开 dashboard 上还有整体校准与历史记录。The record bar above the feed (settled count / win rate / last 30 days) is computed directly from the settled rows you can see — it is not a separately maintained figure. The public dashboard carries the aggregate history and calibration.
信号是投资建议吗?我该照着下单吗?Are signals investment advice? Should I copy them?

Signal $69/月(实时精选与逻辑、判断日志、结算风险提示);API $99/月(包含 Signal 全部内容 + REST/Webhook 数据流 + 纸面交易沙箱,限 40 席)。会员区的对比表实时显示创始席位与 API 席位余量。Signal at $69/mo (real-time curated picks & rationale, judgment log, resolution-risk notes); API at $99/mo (everything in Signal plus the REST/webhook feed and paper-trade harness, capped at 40 seats). The comparison table in the member area shows live founding- and API-seat availability.
会自动续费扣款吗?到期怎么办?Does it auto-renew? What happens at expiry?
不会自动扣款 — 加密支付没有自动续费。会员区的订阅卡有到期进度条和「续费 / 延长」按钮,到期前续费即可无缝衔接;到期后账户自动回到免费档(数据与账户都保留)。No auto-charge — crypto payments can't auto-renew. The subscription card in the member area shows an expiry progress bar and a "Renew / extend" button; renewing before expiry continues seamlessly. After expiry the account simply drops back to the free tier (nothing is deleted).
退款政策?What's the refund policy?
付款确认后 7 个自然日内可无理由全额退款(USDC 原路退回)。7 天后不退款,但剩余有效期可转让给另一个邮箱账户。详见退款政策。A full, no-questions refund within 7 calendar days of payment confirmation (returned in USDC). After 7 days fees are non-refundable, but the remaining term can be transferred to another email account. See the refund policy.
我有 PS- 开头的兑换码,怎么用?I have a PS- redemption key — how do I use it?
登录会员区后,在「兑换会员码」卡输入 PS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX 格式的兑换码,即时开通或续期。兑换码失效或报错时,请在 Discord 开工单核对。Sign in to the member area and enter your PS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX key in the "Redeem a key" card — activation or extension is instant. If a key errors out, open a Discord ticket and we'll check it.
能改登录邮箱吗?怎么删除账户?Can I change my sign-in email? How do I delete my account?
邮箱是账户的唯一身份,不能在页面上直接更改;如需迁移到新邮箱(剩余会员时长可转移),或申请删除账户,请发邮件至 [email protected] 或在 Discord 开工单,人工处理。Your email is the account's identity and can't be changed in the UI. To migrate to a new address (remaining membership time transfers) or to request account deletion, email [email protected] or open a Discord ticket — both are handled manually.
登录遇到问题(收不到验证码 / 忘记密码)?Sign-in trouble (no code arriving / forgot password)?
收不到验证码:先查垃圾邮件,60 秒冷却后可点「重新发送」。设置过密码但忘了:改用「验证码」标签页登录,登录后在设置区重设密码即可 — 验证码登录永远可用。Code not arriving: check spam first, then use "Resend" after the 60-second cooldown. Forgot your password: switch to the "Code" tab to sign in by email code, then set a new password in Settings — code sign-in always works.
